I am a native Arizonan, born in Phoenix and now relocated back to Pinetop, AZ from North Pole, Alaska to get back to my roots, closer to family and into this wonderful small community where I hope that my contributions can make a difference. I began my career with State Farm in 2010 when I realized what a difference I could make in people's lives by simply helping them to protect what matters to them the most from the worst that happens in life.

I am very passionate about giving back to the community and aiding those less fortunate or in need as much as possible thru both financial contributions as well as a commitment of my time. As a State Farm Agent, I take the title of Good Neighbor to heart. When I’m not at the office meeting with customers or working my insurance agent magic, I am spending quality time with my family, friends and fur babies.

When it comes to customer service it is our expectation that we go above and beyond. We strive to exceed YOUR expectations whenever possible. We truly care about our customers and only want to do what is right for them and do it with the highest integrity. All our team is licensed in Auto Insurance and Home Insurance so are able to assist with anything you may need including insuring ATV's, boats, RV's, Travel Trailers and even Small Business Insurance. My State Farm office provides many lines of insurance and feels especially passionate about Life Insurance.

My agency operates out of Pinetop and happily provides excellent insurance to the locals as well as those in the surrounding areas of Show Low and beyond. We are licensed to service the entire state of Arizona.

Dana lives in Lakeside and she loves everything about living on the mountain. She is a natural trainer and loves helping her coworkers learn new things and gets MANY referrals as she is so friendly and wins the hearts of everyone.

Krystal has worked for me the longest and has been with me thru multiple locations. She is a remote team member based in Alaska so if you ever wanted to know about Alaska, she is your girl. She brings over 6 years of experience and her favorite thing to help customers with is Life Insurance. Being family focused she sees the value in protecting assets and ensuring your loved ones are provided for in case the worst happens.

Richard lives is Show Low with his three boys and when he is not helping his boys become respectable young men, he is here doing all he can to support the White Mountain community. Richie is fast becoming the go to for Home Insurance and his friendly personality makes everyone who visits us feel right at home. He is eager and happy to help with anything.

Kortni is another Alaska remote team member who you might hear from regarding billing questions, documentation needed and she handles most of our Business Insurance quotes and accounts. She particularly enjoys helping with Apartment policies and rental properties. When she isn't working you will find her with her two dogs, Diesel and Potato, and she will likely be enjoying some Netflix.

Caitlyn, aka Carin's daughter, is our customer service representative. She helps our policy holders with ensuring they aren't late on bills and never lose their coverage due to oversight. She will help answer coverage questions, assist with documents needed, and she will help with auto insurance on all your added or traded vehicles. She is also a college student and has way too many pets.

And finally there is me, Carin Rubin, your agent. I have been with State Farm since 2010 and love everything about helping people both personally and professionally. Aside from insurance I can also help with retirement planning. My years of experience and desire to always do what is right for the customers means that you can believe that I will always do what is right for you. I am here to help!
